<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To acquire measurement values corresponding to accurate time even if no data transmission is performed by transmission lines. <P>SOLUTION: A clocking section 4 comprises a real-time clock LSI for radio controlled watches for correcting time by utilizing standard signals (standard radio waves) transmitted from a radio wave transmission station, and outputs appropriately corrected time data to an operation section 3. The operation section 3 associates measurement value data with time data clocked by the clocking section 4 for storing in an external storage 6 via an I/F section 5, thus acquiring the measurement value data associated with accurate time by all power measuring devices and hence obtaining appropriate comparison results even if time data are not synchronized by connecting all the power measuring devices by transmission lines as in conventional examples. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
