PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electromagnetic interference suppressor having high permeability while maintaining flexibility and softness. SOLUTION: The sheet-like electromagnetic interference suppressor 1 is composed of a composite formed by dispersing flat metallic soft magnetic powder in a binder. Cuts 4 of broken line shapes are formed on a surface and the cuts 4 of the broken line shapes are formed in a shape of a lattice. Thus, flexibility and softness are maintained.
