PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a Pachinko ball shooting device, capable of reducing required time for a hammer to stop at a static position when the hammer returns to the static position, and a game machine equipped with the Pachinko ball shooting device. SOLUTION: The Pachinko ball shooting device 200 includes: a rotary solenoid including a rotor 205 including a magnetic member having a plurality of arm-shaped parts 202, 203, and 204, where the plurality of the arm-shaped parts are in an angular range of about 180 deg., a stator 206 including a yoke having the same number of magnetic pole faces as the number of the arm-shaped parts of the rotor 205, and a coil wound around the yoke; and the hammer 209 on a rotating shaft of the rotor 205. On a stand-by position for the hammer 209 when voltage is not applied to the coil, a stand-by time stopper including a fixed shaft, and a circular member having a large inner diameter compared to outer diameter of the fixed shaft is provided.
