PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide Pachinko ball shooting device, capable of providing a large torque to rotate a hammer and a high speed to return the hammer to a stand-by position, and a game machine equipped with the Pachinko ball shooting device. SOLUTION: The Pachinko ball shooting device includes: a rotary solenoid including a rotor 205, comprising permanent magnets, and having three arm-shaped parts, where the three arm-shaped parts are in an angular range of about 180 deg., a core having a magnetic pole face, a stator 206 comprising yokes, respectively having magnetic pole faces, and connected to an upper part and a lower part of the core by means of stator arm parts, and a coil wound around the core; and the hammer 209 fixed to a rotating shaft of the rotor. The stator is installed in such a way that the length direction of the core and the yokes is almost horizontal. The end parts of two of the three arm-shaped parts of the rotor over the arm-shaped part in the middle have the same polarity.
