PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a cosmetic applicator from excessively absorbing cosmetics, from causing sound due to the gap during the use, and from generating wrinkles through the use. SOLUTION: The cosmetic applicator is constituted so that the surface is provided with a sliced sheet layer formed by slicing a continuous bubble sponge and a coating layer formed so as to cover the surface recess shape on the lower face of the sliced sheet layer.
