METHOD FOR PROTECTION OF METAL SURFACE FROM ABRASIVE WEAR AND CORROSION

摘要

A method for protection of metal surface from abrasive wear and corrosion comprises the trimming of surface and application of protective coating. The application of coating is carried out at three layers, each at them contains «Ремат-Б» epoxy base in quantity 75-85 %, the first layer of which is adhesiove and the second additionally contains 15-25 % of solid alloy powder and the third contains 15-25 % quartz sand with the possibility of application of each next layer to complete polymerization of previous one.
