PURPOSE: A washing machine is provided to effectively cool a stator by a motor according to a load. CONSTITUTION: A motor includes a stator and a rotor(44). The motor is installed in a rear wall of a tub. The motor rotates a drum. In a random direction, a controller controls dehydration of drum with a rotation of the motor. In the rotation of rotor, a cooling part(200) cools the stator by the flow of air. In both sides of a center of a base(212), air flow to rotary shaft direction is opposite. |
