A process for the preparation of 2-methylsulfonyl-1,3-diaryl(heteryl)-prop-2-ene-1-ones of general formula I:I,wherein R=CH, 4-CH-CH;R=CH, 4-CH-CH, 4-Cl-CH,4-ОCH-CH, 4-Вr-CH,4-F-CH, 3-CH-CH,2-CH-CH,,involves interaction of corresponding active methylene compound and aldehydes in organic solvent while heating and stirring in the presence of catalyst. R-substitutedα−methylsulfonylacetophenones of formula R-CO-CH-SO-CHare used as an active methylene compound, R-substituted aromatic or heterocyclic aldehydes in equimolar quantities are used as aldehydes, piperidine is used as a catalyst. Condensation reaction is carried out in ethanol at a temperature of in sealed vessel under microwave irradiation up to formation of the desired product. |
