<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a camera-shake correction device having a simple structure and high impact resistance, and to provide an electronic apparatus. <P>SOLUTION: A fixed-side unit 100 fixed on the camera body and a movable-side unit 200 including a camera unit 210 having a lens and an imaging device integrally provided are swingably coupled through a spherical hinge. A movable-side frame 310 for supporting the movable-side unit 200 has arm parts 311 and 312 by providing slits 310a and 310b, respectively. The arm part 311 and 312 transmit driving forces of stepping motors 121 and 131 to the movable-side unit 200, to be swung to cancel the shake generated by the camera shake. Moreover, the arm parts 311 and 312 bend when they receive an external force generated by impacts or the like.
