PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a washing tool that can stably hold a sweeping member in its standing state and drain water better from the sweeping member for quick dry. SOLUTION: A washing tool 1 includes: an apparatus body 2 having a sweeping member 15 on one end side; and a flat shank part 4 swingably connected via a hinge part 3 on the other end side of the apparatus body 2. The shank part 4 can swing between the position that makes the face center C3 of the shank part 4 be approximately perpendicular to the apparatus body 3 and the position that makes the face center C3 be approximately parallel to the apparatus body 2. The shank part 4 is disposed so that the face center C3 of the shank part 4 becomes approximately parallel to the apparatus body 2. In addition, when the underside 4E of the shank part 4 is grounded in the state that the sweeping member 15 is disposed upward, the whole part of the washing tool 1 is kept in a seating posture. An upward locking projection part 7 is also formed at the end of the shank part 4 on the seating posture of the whole washing tool 1 and a space S that stores another washing apparatus V is formed between the locking projection part 7 and the brush 6 of the sweeping member 15.
