PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grease composition exhibiting long-lasting acoustic characteristics and low torque characteristics at high temperature and having excellent initial acoustic characteristics. SOLUTION: The grease composition comprises a base oil, a thickening agent, and one or more substances selected from calcium sulfonate and barium sulfonate, and has a worked penetration of 130-295. The base oil contains an alkylated diphenyl ether having one or more 8C-22C alkyl groups and a pentaerythritol ester consisting of a 6C-12C fatty acid and pentaerythritol; and a content ratio of the alkylated diphenyl ether is 3-15 mass% based on the total amount of the alkylated diphenyl ether and the pentaerythritol ester. The thickening agent comprises a sodium N-substituted telephthalaminate and an alicyclic diurea compound; and a content ratio of the sodium N-substituted telephthalaminate is 45-65 mass% based on the total amount of the sodium N-substituted telephthalaminate and the alicyclic diurea.
