PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin composition and a metal resin laminate at low cost, by which sufficient delamination resistance can be ensured between a resin layer and a metal layer. SOLUTION: The resin composition is characterized in that an organic resin is compounded with porous silica and the percentage of the porous silica in the organic resin ranges from 0.15 to 25 wt.%.
