PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shield case capable of obtaining high shield quality by reducing voltage potential difference between its surfaces, which is made possible by causing the surfaces to contact each other, and also capable of stabilizing the shape. SOLUTION: The shield case 100 is assembled on a thin chassis with an open front surface 23 by performing a bending process for a sheet of metal plate. On the rear wall that forms part of the shield case 100, tubs are continuously arranged, being folded up from both edge sections of the rear wall to the side surface wall. When the tubs are disposed on the side surface wall, an opening is formed on the tubs as an locking hole to let a triangle-shaped protrusion 49 projectedly formed enter the inner surface of the sidewall.
