PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem of troublesome connecting operation, for the case of a long electric cable because insertion of an electric cable holding member into a fitting connection portion is conducted from the electrical cable side, and the problem of high cost and troublesome management of components the number of which increases, because an electrode holding member is divided into two. SOLUTION: A connecting terminal is formed, such that a male terminal 1 is inserted into a female terminal 2 to thereby bring bottom plates 11 and 21 and side plates 12 and 22 into a state of surface contact, respectively, and that a lock piece 22a is pushed into an opening portion 12a of the other, so as to make a tip end of the lock piece abut against an end surface of the opening portion, and thereby prevent a connection terminal from coming off in the direction of pulling.
