The lining (1) has a friction lining (3) attached on a friction lining carrier (2), which is made of mass compressed, fiber reinforced plastic material. The lining carrier is made of components with thirty five to eighty weight percentages of fibers (4), zero to twenty weight percentages of filling material (5) and 100 weight percentage of thermosetting plastic (6), which is provided as a phenol resin, melamine resin/epoxy resin. The portion of fiber is made of cotton, biological mineral fibers, aramide, glass and polyacrylnitrile that exhibits length that ranges between 0.5 mm and 6 mm.
