SEALING METHOD OF ALUMINUM BY USING SOYBEAN SUBSTANCE

PURPOSE: An aluminum anodizing and sealing method using leguminous crop is provided to secure corrosion resistance and durability of aluminum product by dipping the aluminum product in dry bathing solution including extracts of leguminous crop. CONSTITUTION: An aluminum anodizing and sealing method using leguminous crop is as follows. After leguminous crop swells in water, the leguminous crop extract is extracted by filtering the leguminous crop. The leguminous crop extracts 10~15wt.% is mixed in water and heated in 60~85°C in order to manufacture dry bath liquid. The colored aluminum or colored aluminum alloy is precipitated in the dry bath liquid. A precipitation time is varied according to the color of aluminum.
