摘要 FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: claimed is method of diagnosing phenotype of multiple medication resistance. Unicellular suspensions are prepared from tumour tissue and comparison cultures and fixed, after which incubation with primary and secondary antibodies and double washing are carried out. D values of statistical test of Kholmogorov-Smirnov are calculated and on the basis of obtained data determined is coefficient of level of expression of multiple medication resistance markers, showing phenotype expression. Coefficient of expression level makes it possible to point out three degrees of its expression: low, medium and high. On the basis of coefficient it is possible to determine tumour sensitivity to chemical preparations. ^ EFFECT: method makes it possible to increase accuracy of determining multiple medication resistance markers and carry out analysis in short terms. ^ 2 dwg
