FIELD: process engineering. ^ SUBSTANCE: set of inventions relates to surface cleaning devices for surface blasting and method of producing said devices, and may be used in municipal services, etc. Proposed method consists in that hollow cylindrical case of the nozzle is manufactured. Axial tapered inlet hole with intake angle a, and axial cylindrical outlet hole with length b and diametre d are made in said casing. Tapered inlet hole angle is determined from the formula b/d=0.5ctg/2.
