<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make control to allow only a part of wireless terminals to actually perform relay processing by giving relaying functions to all the wireless terminals constituting a network, then exchanging information with the neighboring wireless terminals. <P>SOLUTION: The wireless terminal includes: a power source control means for controlling the power source of the self terminal in accordance with whether or not the self terminal performs the relay processing; a transmitting means for periodically transmitting, to the circumferential terminals, state information indicating an operation state on whether or not the self terminal performs the relay processing under the control of the power source control means; a receiving means for receiving the state information transmitted from the circumferential terminals under the control of the power source control means; a state information holding means for holding the state information of the circumferential terminals, which is received by the receiving means; and a state determining means for determining whether or not the self terminal performs the relay processing in accordance with whether or not the circumferential terminal for performing the relay processing exists, based on the state information held by the state information holding means. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
