<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light source device that is used for a backlight device and does not generate a sound. <P>SOLUTION: In the light source device, one or a plurality of flat-plate substrates 2 having a light emitting element 1 on the surface side are supported on a chassis 3 with a conductive flat plate surface 3a so that the backside of the substrate 2 may be opposed to the flat plate surface 3a, and the substrate 2 has a plurality of first conductive thin films for wiring on the insulating substrate on the surface side and one or a plurality of second conductive thin films for heat dissipation or wiring on the insulating substrate on the backside. Two terminals of the light emitting element 1 are each separately connected to the two first conductive thin films neighboringly arranged, and are fixed so that the potential of at least one second conductive thin film may have a constant potential difference or preferably have the same potential to the potential of the flat plate surface 3a of the chassis 3. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
