摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing tray-served food by which even a large amount of dishes can be sanitarily and efficiently cooked, in particular, dishes using hen's egg can be cooked so as to have beautiful finish and good appearance, and stimulate eater's appetite. <P>SOLUTION: The method for producing tray-served food comprises: housing mixed food material 2 obtained by mixing a plurality kinds of food materials together, in a resin bowl-like package container 1 in a vacuum condition; freezing the food material into a frozen condition; attaching the mixed food material 2 in frozen condition to the surface of the inner periphery of the package container 1; eliminating a seal member 12 adhering to the top surface of the package container 1; flipping the package container 1 vertical to make an opening part 11 face downward to cover the top surface opening part 31 of a bottomed dish 3 and make the surface of the mixed food material 2 dissolve so as to release the frozen/adhesive binding with the inside surface of the packaged container 1 and make the mixed food material 2 fall into the dish 3 by its own weight to be shifted into the dish 3; and reheating the mixed food material 2 in the dish 3 into edible condition. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
