<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To establish frame synchronization to utilize frame data even in case of failure of reception of a leading part of a synchronizing word in a portable type digital wireless device 10 which performs communication using a communication system of a frame structure having the synchronizing word in the leading part. <P>SOLUTION: Coincidence of a received signal part with the latter half part of the synchronizing word is inspected (at S54). When coincidence exists, the next received signal part is assumed to be a received signal part of the next NID of the synchronizing word, and it is determined whether an error can be corrected for the NID (at S55). If the error can be corrected, it is determined whether the frame structure as a data unit ID of the NID is a header or not after the error correction (at S56). If it is a header, frame synchronization is established by setting the end of the received signal part coincident with the latter half part of the synchronizing word to an end of the synchronizing word. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
