<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily fulfill restriction for a propagation delay and synchronizing correction for reciprocation even if communication is accelerated, in a node to be used for a communication system in which communication is performed via a bus. <P>SOLUTION: In this node, timing indicated by a receiving clock signal 106 generated based on a bus signal 109 is defined as an SP (sampling point) and a sampling circuit 205 samples a receiving signal 104. In a transmitting state, timing indicated by a delayed clock signal obtained by delaying a transmitting clock signal 101 is defined as the SP and the sampling circuit 205 samples the receiving signal 104. Furthermore, the transmitting clock signal 101 approximately has no clock tolerance with the receiving clock signal 106 while being authorized for transmission. Therefore, the delayed clock signal 103 is delayed rather than the receiving clock signal 106.
