<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a protein refolding conditioning kit used when applying a refolding method using zeolite of BEA structure. <P>SOLUTION: The protein refolding conditioning kit comprises, as constituting elements: a refolding agent comprising zeolite of BEA structure; a solution component for dissociating a denatured protein adsorbed to the refolding agent; a combination of at least one refolding controlling factor chosen from an agent controlling protein S-S crosslink formation, a surfactant, salts, a protein denaturant and a metal ion; and an all-in-one test tube or test plate having a plurality of partitioned spaces of same volumes. The kit enables concurrent prosecution of a plurality of tests under different conditions.
