<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make operation of one heating coil stop when a semiconductor switch accompanying another heating coil breaks down in an induction heating device operating a plurality of heating coils at the same time with a common inverter. <P>SOLUTION: A current detection means 10 is placed in series with a smoothing capacitor 9. When one of the semiconductor switches accompanying one heating coil breaks down, the paired semiconductor switch is immediately made to stop by an overcurrent protection means 11, and then, stationarily made to stop, while, another semiconductor switch accompanying the other heating coil is made to continue operation. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
