<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image conversion device and an image conversion program for recording handwritten characters or lines written by an operator as it is by an optical image pickup system including the region width, stop, and fade-out of them. <P>SOLUTION: Graphics showing coordinate positions are regularly arranged in a recording medium 12. A coordinate position specification part 23 extracts graphics from an image captured by an image pickup part 21 in a writing tool 11, and specifies coordinate positions. Also, a graphic reading part 24 specifies the number of graphics in the captured image. On the other hand, a contact state detection part 22 detects the contact state of a writing tool 11 with a recording medium 12. An association part 25 controls the region width of the handwritten characters or lines from a change in the number of graphics as well as the writing speed calculated from the specified coordinate positions and the detection result of the contact state, and records the information of handwritten characters or lines in association with the coordinate positions in a handwriting recording part 26. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
