PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the hermetically closable properties of a reaction well by pasting a seal on the surface of the reaction well. SOLUTION: The peripheral edges of the reaction wells 4 become seal pasting parts 8 built up from the surface of the peripheral base 3 of the reaction wells and the hermetical closable properties of the reaction wells by an opening hermetically closing seal 20 is enhanced. A seal pasting auxiliary part 10 comprising the continuing ridge are arranged is provided to the periphery of the region where the reaction wells 4. The seal pasting auxiliary part 10 is formed at a height being the same to or slightly lower than the seal pasting part 8.
