摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lightweight structure for precision equipment which has high rigidity and increases the distortion return speed when moved at a high speed or acceleration. SOLUTION: A structure for precision equipment comprises a fiber-reinforced composite material which has a linear expansion coefficient of≥-3×10<SP>-6</SP>/°C to≤3×10<SP>-6</SP>/°C, a content rate of fiber of≥60 vol.% to≤75 vol.%, a distortion return index of≥0%/s and≤0.02%/s as an essential material.
