PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a casting method capable of executing the casting at low cost. SOLUTION: In the casting method, the casting is executed by using a mold 10 with a release-coating agent being applied thereto. The casting method includes a blowing step (Step S20), a pouring step (Step S30), and a releasing step (Step S50). In the blowing step, water or air is blown against a ground contact surface 12 out of surfaces of the mold 10. In the subsequent pouring step, a raw material in a heated and molten state is poured into the mold 10 with the fluid being blown thereto in the blowing step.
