PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mirror with an information display function, of low power consumption while having the display quality of a light emitting type such as an LED display. SOLUTION: A fluorescence condensing plate is arranged on the back surface of a transmission liquid crystal display panel, a diffusion reflector is provided without interposing an air layer on an end face on the opposite side of the transmission liquid crystal display panel side of the fluorescence condensing plate, and a half mirror is arranged on a front surface. Thus, while various kinds of information are transmitted and displayed by light condensed by the fluorescence condensing plate when a power source is ON, it acts as a mirror surface when the power source is OFF.
