PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microscope apparatus that operates under conditions of a force equal to or lower than a force set in advance, to reduce blur in an image. SOLUTION: A microscope 11 includes: a microscope head part 21 having an optical system configured of an objective lens 41 for enlarging an observation image of a sample 13, and an imaging element 45 for imaging the sample 13 through the optical system; and an imaging button 34 provided in the microscope head part 21 and operated in issuing an instruction to capture the image to be captured by the imaging element 45. The imaging button 34 operates under conditions of the forces equal to or lower than the force set in advance, for example, ≤5 N. In this case, for example, this invention is applicable to a microscope observation system that is used by separating the microscope head part from a microscope stand part.
