PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve throughput of data transmission from a base station apparatus to a mobile station apparatus in an edge area where radio resources are utilized in a divided manner with peripheral cells. SOLUTION: A first base station apparatus BS1 includes: a mobile station specification section 25 for specifying a mobile station apparatus, which is positioned in an edge area, wherein radio resources are utilized in a divided manner with a first cell C1 and a second cell C2, adjacent to C1, covered by the first base station apparatus BS1; a control information notification section 26 which notifies a second base station apparatus BS2, covering C2, of connection control information required for connecting a mobile station apparatus 25 to a core network CN; a first information receiving section 27 which receives radio resource information for data transmission from the second base station apparatus BS2 to the mobile station apparatus; and a first information notification section 24 which notifies the mobile station apparatus of the radio resource information for data transmission from the first and second base station apparatuses BS1 and BS2 to the mobile station apparatus.
