A light emitting plate for an indoor unit of a wall- hanging type air conditioner is provided on a panel of the indoor unit. The light emitting plate includes: a transparent plate (10) which has one side provided with a reflecting surface (12) and the other side provided with a light outgoing surface (11); a fixing frame (20) which covers the transparent plate (10) and fixes the transparent plate (10) to the panel of the indoor unit; a mounting groove (30) which is provided between the transparent plate (10) and the fixing frame (20); a light source (40) which is provided in the mounting groove (30); a light guidance treating layer (13) which is printed on the reflecting surface (12) and a reflecting film which covers the light guidance treating layer (13). An indoor unit of a wall-hanging type air conditioner is also provided, which includes the light emitting plate as described above.
