<p>Disclosed is a device substrate, i.e., an element side substrate, which is provided with an element array region, a RGB switch circuit (112) and a source driver IC (103). The center position (f1) of a terminal group connected to the image signal wiring of the source driver IC (103) is shifted (displaced) to the left by a distance (g) from the center position (f2) of the RGB switch circuit (112), thereby increasing the length of the vertically extending portion of left-side bent image signal wiring and shortening the length of the vertically extending portion of right-side bent image signal wiring. With such configuration, while sufficiently avoiding an interference with a large region occupied by left-side control wiring (2011-201a) and avoiding an interference with a small region occupied by right-side control wiring (2021, 202b), the distance (h) between the source driver IC (103) and the RGB switch circuit (112) is shortened and a frame region is reduced.</p> |
