PURPOSE: A cutting insert tip with a shear angle is provided to enable a machining process to be precisely performed by preventing shaking by regularly changing the shape of the pocket of a tool body. CONSTITUTION: A cutting insert tip(80) with a shear angle comprises a tip body(81) and a fixed protrusion(82). The fixed protrusion is formed in the axial direction of a tool body. The insert tip is mounted on an end-mill body(100). The end-mill body comprises a pocket(110) and a fixed groove(120). The fixed protrusion is accurately inserted into the fixed groove. The pocket of the end-mill body and the tip body comprise a given shear angle.
