PURPOSE: A ground contaminated water discharging apparatus is provided to effectively process ground water containing multiple contaminants before discharging to the outside, and to perform a reduction process of chlorinated organic matters and heavy metals. CONSTITUTION: A ground contaminated water discharging apparatus comprises the following: a discharging pipe divided into a first space unit(210) filled with a reaction agent, a second space unit(220) filled with an absorber, and a third space unit(230) filled with a neutralization agent; an inlet(201) for flowing in ground contaminated water to the first space unit; and an outlet for discharging the ground contaminated water after passing through the space units successively connected to each others.
