<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ink composition which has good dispersion stability and satisfies both ink delivery and rubbing resistance of a color image, to provide an ink set, and to provide an image formation method using the same. <P>SOLUTION: There is provided an ink composition comprising a pigment coated with a first resin dispersion agent containing structural units represented by general formula (I) and a second resin dispersion agent containing structural units represented by general formula (II), an organic solvent, a neutralizing agent, and water. In general formulas (I) and (II), R<SP>1</SP>is hydrogen or methyl; Ar<SP>1</SP>is an unsubstituted or substituted aromatic ring; n is an average repetition number and is 1-6; R<SP>2</SP>is hydrogen or methyl; L<SP>1</SP>is substituted or unsubstituted phenylene; L<SP>2</SP>is a single bond or a divalent bonding group; and Ar<SP>2</SP>is a monovalent group derived from an 8C or higher fused-ring-type aromatic ring, a heterocyclic ring fused with an aromatic ring, or a compound composed of two or more connected benzene rings. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
