<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem wherein the transmission rate and the arithmetic processing speed of each control computer are slow because the network definition information is corrected, distributed to a plurality of control computers, and then duplicated and stored, when a power apparatus is replaced. <P>SOLUTION: Corrected network definition information is distributed only to a control computer which controls an exchanged power apparatus and a local computer which contrtols the control apparatus thereof.
