<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an overbased cleaning agent containing an organic carboxylate as a surfactant, having a high TBN and operable viscosity, and having a high content of an active substance. <P>SOLUTION: This overbased cleaning agent additive of alkaline earth metal contains a high ratio of the organic and substantially aromatic carboxylate as the surfactant for the additive, and the additive has (a) 200 or more of TBN, (b) 70 mass% or more of active component (active component is all the components other than a base oil), (c) a kinematic viscosity less than 1,000 mm<SP>2</SP>/s at 100°C, and (d) a basic index less than 13. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
