<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure capable of preventing a heat radiation property from getting low in a carbon material such as a graphite film and a carbon nanotube. <P>SOLUTION: The manufacturing method includes a step 201 of working irregular structure of nanometer order on a surface of a graphite substrate. Thus, reflectivity in 0.3-2μm of wavelength of a range including visible rays gets low, and a reflectivity, for example, in 2-50μm of wavelength of a far-infrared range gets low as well, the heat radiation property by radiation is enhanced, and a heat radiation material is not fused substantially and thermal conductivity is not worsened substantially, because the carbon material is used, and such explosive combustion as the case of using a CNT is prevented further. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
