<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pipe forming material capable of remarkably reducing the weight of the whole of a pipe. <P>SOLUTION: A connecting piece is provided in both ends of an outer peripheral surface of a pipe forming main piece formed into a thin cylindrical shape, and a plurality of linear reinforcing bodies are interposed between both the connecting pieces, and these reinforcing bodies are arranged with an interval in the circumferential direction of the pipe forming main piece. Each reinforcing body is made of a fiber reinforced plastic securing tensile strength by leading a pre-stress into a long fiber bundle along the extending direction thereof, and includes a reinforcing body main piece extending in one direction and an anchor piece integrally formed with an end of the reinforcing body main piece. The connecting piece includes: an inside cylinder part enabled to be connected to an end of the pipe forming main piece; an outside cylinder part arranged in the periphery of the inside cylinder part with a constant interval; a ring-like end wall connecting end surfaces of both the cylinders to each other; and a connecting flange part formed to extend, projecting outward from an outer peripheral edge of the end wall. An anchor piece of the reinforcing body is inserted between the inside cylinder part and the outside cylinder part, and the anchor piece is locked with a lock piece stretched across between both the inside/outside cylinder parts. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
