PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shield connector for base board to be multipolarized in which an alignment pitch of connector terminals is made as narrow as possible. SOLUTION: The shield connector 10 for base board is composed of connector terminals 20 having an inner conductor terminal 30 and an outer conductor terminal 40 each mounted on a plurality of cavities 17A, 17B arranged in order in a connector housing 11 to be fixed on a printed circuit board P. The outer conductor terminal 40 is composed of a body 41 of a cylindrical shape surrounding the inner conductor terminal 30 and a pair of mounting parts 48, 49 which are formed in projection to the outside from both rear-end sides of the body 41 and are to be mounted on a ground pattern of the printed circuit board P, and furthermore, when it is defined that an engaging direction of a counterpart connector 80 against the shield connector 10 for the base board is a connector engaging direction, the pair of the mounting parts 48, 49 of the outer conductor terminal 40 are shifted back and forth in their mutual positions in the connector engaging direction.
