PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thin and compact heat sink that has increased strength of heat radiation fins and small thermal resistance between the heat radiation fins and a heat pipe, and also has high heat radiation efficiency without restricting a direction of cooling wind. SOLUTION: The heat sink includes a heat radiation fin part 2 where a plurality of thin-plate fins 4 each having a bent portion sectioned substantially in a channel shape and an opening 7 formed in the center of the bent portion are arranged at predetermined intervals parallel, and a flat heat pipe 3 inserted into openings to be thermally connected to the heat radiation fin part.
