PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase rigidity of a suspension without disturbing the movement of the suspension according to an expansion and contraction of a piezo element. SOLUTION: A base plate 205 is fixed on the second section 435 of a variable plate 204 behind a piezo element 206. The base plate 205 has left and right projecting parts 252a and 252b in the front end. The projecting parts 252a and 252b project toward the first section 434 (front) while avoiding the piezo element 206. Front ends 521a and 521b of the projecting parts 252a and 252b are arranged in front of the position of a back end 411 of a hole 241.
