PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a self-scanning payment processor that prevents belongings of a customer from affecting commodity registration operation and calculation of payment. SOLUTION: The payment processor includes: a payment processor body 10 having a data reading function of a scanner part 103 and a settlement function for settling the payment based on the read data; and a commodity loading table 50 having a measuring device (a load cell) 306 for loading all the commodities whose data are read by the scanner part 103 and measuring the weight of the commodities. The payment processor further includes a belongings table 503 for placing his or her belongings near the commodity loading table 50, and an external load eliminating means disposed adjacent to the belongings table 503 to eliminate an influence of the external load except the commodity loaded on the commodity loading table 50 upon measurement of the measuring device.
