PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an in-device monitor properly acquiring trouble occurrence time even if time information at the time of trouble occurrence cannot be acquired. SOLUTION: This in-device monitor includes: a time information generation means (a timepiece device 250) generating the time information; a detection means (an error detection part 107) detecting trouble inside a device; a storage means (an error information storage part 102) storing information related to the trouble when detecting the occurrence of the trouble; a time information acquisition means (a time information acquisition part 101) acquiring the time information from the time information generation means; a clocking means clocking time to the acquisition of the time information from the occurrence of the trouble; a calculation means (an error occurrence time calculation part 104) calculating the occurrence time of the trouble based on the acquired time information and a clocking result by the clocking means; and a memory means (an error occurrence time memory part 105) storing a calculation result.
