The device (7) has a diaphragm pump (1) i.e. double diaphragm pump (18), pneumatically driven by a pneumatic device and separated from environment by a component separator (5) i.e. housing (6). The device is designed such that it withstands to pressure of a transported fluid and/or gaseous medium of 10 bars for shot-time. The housing is formed as a cartridge housing (15) in form of a box, and a heating device (13) is attached to the diaphragm pump. An emission protection device is provided at a delivery pipe (9) for pressurized air of the pneumatic device.
