The device (1) has a handle (5) provided for attachment of a child seat and arranged at a transverse pipe (4) over multiple standardized attachment systems. The transverse pipe is arranged at a loading floor (8) of a motor vehicle (3). A T-shaped metal base (6) supports a seat-back of the child seat and arranged at the transverse pipe. The T-shaped metal base is tilted from a non usage position into a customs position. The transverse pipe is detachably fastened in a loading space (2).
