PURPOSE: A mixture composition is provided to enable the control of temperature increase, to control energy consumption, and to obtain a heating element with accurate temperature control. CONSTITUTION: A mixture composition comprises magnetic particles and silicon-based polymer resin. The magnetic particles are included in the amount of 1~50 mass % based on the whole mixed compound. The magnetic particles are selected from the group consisting of Fe3O4, Fe2O3, aluminum, cobalt, nickel, manganese, tin, zinc, cadmium, magnesium, copper, barium, lithium and yttrium.
