PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To mutually and accurately perform control via a CEC line, even in the connection of a plurality of TVs 30 to which the same physical address is imparted at a downstream of an AV amplifier 20. SOLUTION: The AV amplifier 20 includes a first CEC line; a second CEC line; an output terminal 31A that is an output end of the first CEC line and to which the TV 30A can be connected; an output terminal 31B that is an output end of the second CEC line, while the TV 30B to which the same physical address as the TV 30A is imparted can be connected to the output terminal; an input terminal 31C that is an input end of the first CEC line and to which a BD player 10C can be connected; a main control section 25 for transmitting and receiving commands between the TV 30A and the BD player 10C via the first CEC line; and a subcontrol section 26 for transmitting and receiving commands, to and from the TV 30B via the second CEC line and for transmitting and receiving the commands to and from the main control section 25.
